About the event

Our true nature is silence, yet we are surrounded by so much noise during everyday activities that we easily forget the essence. The two-day meditation workshop creates an opportunity to find silence and to find yourself again in the peaceful environment of Mauna House.

About the program:

On FridayArrival at 6 o'clock, followed by a joint dinner. In the evening, we close the day with a workshop opening discussion and the 1st meditation session.Saturdaywe start in the morning with movement meditation, where we prepare our body and spirit for the day ahead with active movement. Another 3 sitting meditation sessions are waiting for you that day, where you can get to know different techniques. We accompany you step by step through each section.Sundaywe also start the day with movement meditation, and then deepen our meditation experience during a morning and an afternoon session. At the end of the exercises, we discuss the experiences and the questions that arise. All of this supports you to be able to meditate independently at home using the techniques you have learned. The program ends at 4 p.m.
