Throughout our lives we are so preoccupied with our own personal stories; our own feelings, emotions, thoughts, past and future, to forget that who we really are is beyond all of that. Discovering our true being requires being able to step out of this very personal and self-centered perspective and connect to both ourselves and life in a much larger, more expansive way. As an effect of this, our relationship with others and the world also changes. This attitude leads to the independence and maturity we need to discover ourselves.

Ajiit, the founder of Mauna House and JIAIDO movement meditation, guides us on the path of our own inner transformation and spiritual development based on his direct experience of awakening to himself. It shows practical tools with which we can free our attention from the magic circle of our personal problems. This is how we can move to a new level of maturity, independence, self-discovery and freedom.

The retreat is hosted by the Mauna Ház near Lake Balaton. 

Practice JIAIDO movement meditation in the morning; two daily meetings with Ajiit; "Who am I?" meditation and playing music together will help you bring your attention to the present and get as close as possible to realizing your true being.
