About the event

JIAIDO greatly supports the development of a balanced, mature personality and significantly enriches the repertoire of individual abilities at the same time. Whether it is about strengthening self-confidence, self-esteem, developing the ability to manage stress, creating relationships, self-expression, dealing with behavioral problems or crises in life situations - JIAIDO leads you to a harmonious, full life.

In creating the method, Ajiit, the founding master, was inspired by Zen, Chinese and Japanese internal martial arts. Each technique combines three elements: movement, breathing and focusing attention - all for the development of awareness and self-knowledge.

The camp provides a good opportunity for all active practitioners to deepen their existing knowledge of JIAIDO, regardless of whether they have been practicing for years or just a few months. It provides an opportunity to try out all branches of JIAIDO, which is not always possible during regular weekly exercises. During the intensive, multi-day practice, the developing effect of the method can be felt on a physical, emotional and mental level.

The camp is for all practitioners who have been at least one month

(8 times) practice the method in the Budapest dojo.
